Black and white, camera ready artwork is required. If artwork supplied requires touch-up, there will be a minimum charge of $25.00 (g). Artwork can be e-mailed to asi@yafaline.com. Artwork file requirements: PC or Macintosh format. Accepted files: .eps, .ai, .tif, .psd, (min. 300 dpi).

COMBINED QUANTITY PRICING:

Orders for two or more items will be billed at the total quantity pricing provided:

1) Orders are received at the same time.

2) Orders meet catalog minimum requirements.

3) Orders are for the same customer.

4) Same screen or die can be used for all items.

CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:

All custom/special order items require a 50% deposit.

IMPRINT INFORMATION:

Prices include a 1 color, 1 position imprint. Add set-up $40.00 (g). Additional repeat orders: add repeat set-up $20.00 (g). Second color or second position: add set-up of $30.00 (g), plus $.40 (g) running charge per imprint. PMS colormatch: $30.00 (g). Exact match cannot be guaranteed. Change of color - add $25.00 (g).

IMPRINT ORDERS MUST INCLUDE:

1) ASI number 2) Phone and fax numbers 3) Purchase order number 4) Item number 5) Exact copy (typed not handwritten) 6) Copy Instructions, layout and color 7) Black and white, camera ready artwork for logos or type-set copy.

LASER ENGRAVING:

Set-up charge: $80.00 (g). Running charge: $1.40 (g) per pen (25-49 units), $1.20 (g) per pen (50-249 units), $.95 (g) per pen (250-499 units), $.80 (g) per pen (500-1000 units).

Pesonalization: Call for quote

LESS THAN MINIMUM PRINTED:

1/2 minimum quantity shown, except where minimum is 25 pieces. 25 pieces is the absolute minimum for imprinting.

NORMAL PRODUCTION:

2-3 weeks. Rush orders are available upon approval of the factory: 7 day rush - $25.00 (g), 4-5 days - $50.00 (g), 2-3 days - $100.00 (g), 24 hours - $150.00 (g).

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS:

Up to 5% over or under is acceptable to complete order and will be billed accordingly

PAPER PROOF:

One black and white "fax" paper proof will be provided at no charge. Production time: 1 week. Additional paper proofs will be billed at $12.50 (g) per each.

PRODUCTION/SPEC SAMPLES:

Actual imprinted sample: $40.00 (g) plus cost of item at end-quantity pricing. Production time: 1-2 weeks.

RETURNS:

Returns accepted only with written authorization and return authorization number on label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

SAMPLES:

Use catalog end-quantity pricing. SAMPLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. If samples result in order, cost will be credited.

SHIPPING:

Shipments are FOB California. Split/drop shipments: $5.00 (x) for each "ship-to" location.

TYPESETTING:

If typeset copy is not supplied, there is a minimum $20.00 (g) typesetting charge.
