On general items, a 2nd color and/or 2nd location set up charge is incurred at $40/50(g) plus a running charge of $ .40(g) per piece. Call for exact quotes.

The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and within 7 business days of their arrival the customer must give written notice to us of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of order, should there be any issues with the order/goods,. If the customer fails to give such written notice within the 7 business days, the goods shall be deemed acceptable and the customer is bound to pay for the goods, and no credits/refunds/returns will be given or accepted. At the time the claim has been made to us, we will then investigate the issue.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN TO US AT THE TIME WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED, APPROVALS GIVEN ON THE ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, APPROVALS GIVEN ON THE ART PROOF, OR THE CHANGES ON THE ORDER THAT WERE NOT CONFIRMED AND RECEIVED BY US. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPROVALS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE ON BOTH THE ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND FINAL ART PROOF, AS ONCE THESE APPROVALS HAVE BEEN MADE, ANY DISCREPANCY THEREAFTER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR.
